Steve has spent nearly a decade helping people overcome pain and rebuild strength through a blend of physical therapy principles and high-performance training. As a former Head Trainer at a physical therapy clinic, he worked closely with professionals, athletes, and clients who refused to settle for “manageable pain.”

This experience shaped his biomechanics-first approach—helping people move better, lift stronger, and feel capable again.

Steve specializes in biomechanics and nutrition coaching, designing programs that create durable, high-output bodies built for real-world performance.

His methods don’t just correct limitations—they retrain movement patterns so clients can push harder with confidence. Every plan is built to elevate strength, mobility, and metabolic efficiency for long-term, high-level results.

Outside the gym, Steve is a passionate Liverpool FC supporter, Spartan Race competitor, and recreational soccer player. When he’s not coaching or competing, he’s exploring Colorado with his German Shepherd, Skaiya. His lifestyle reflects the same values he teaches his clients: discipline, resilience, and the relentless pursuit of better.
